Black Walnut Boozy Hot Chocolate
2 Tbsp chocolate sauce, or more to taste
4 oz hot water
1 oz Tall Ship Cedar Island Spiced Rum
1 1/2 oz Black Walnut SweetShine, separated
2 oz heavy whipping cream
Combine chocolate sauce and hot water in a mug and stir until chocolate dissolves.
Stir in rum and 1 oz Black Walnut SweetShine.
In a small shaker combine heavy whipping cream and remaining Black Walnut SweetShine and shake until stiff peaks form.
Gently layer the cream on top of the hot chocolate.
Garnish with chocolate shavings and a cookie stick, optional.
