Summer Reserve is a barrel-rested premium herbal spirit made from gin-infused wild Maine blueberries and local honey. It is made with the gin-soaked blueberries that were strained out of their Summer gin to prevent waste. The wild Maine blueberries used to make Summer Reserve are sourced from Blue Sky Produce and the honey used to lightly sweeten Summer Reserve is sourced from Merrimack Valley Apiaries.
