Eight Bells Rum is a barrel matured gold rum, distilled from Caribbean sourced molasses in our direct fire pot stills and aged for over 3 years in bourbon whiskey barrels.  Eight Bells Rum has flavors of toasted spice and vanilla with a long, smooth finish reminiscent of caramel, oak, figs and dried cherries.  It is excellent sipped neat, or enjoyed in your favorite rum cocktail.
